Easter Chemistry Eggstravaganza

An evening of explosive experiments and Easter fun in support of charity

Cheltenham College is set to host its Easter Chemistry Eggstravaganza on Saturday 4 April 2026 at Cheltenham Prep.

Following the success of the Christmas Chemistry Spectacular, Dr James Copeland-Jordan returns with a brand-new spring showcase of colour-changing reactions, dramatic demonstrations and interactive science. The evening begins with an Easter Egg Hunt at 4.30pm, before the main show runs from 5.00pm to 6.00pm. Free parking is available from 4.00pm.

Designed for families, the event brings chemistry to life in an engaging and accessible way, inspiring curiosity in budding young scientists while entertaining audiences of all ages.

All proceeds will go to this year’s Prep nominated charity, Teenage Cancer Trust.
